    Shrugs - Head Positioning?

    Alright guys -

Was doing shrugs today - i lean forward a bit and my head is tilted forward a bit i guess and i felt a kind of 'clicking' in my neck.

Could that be from my head position?

How do you all do your shrugs?

Yeah I would never bob or lean my head forward while doing shrugs.. that popping was or clicking is probably your spine.. I generally keep my head looking straight, and try to keep it in the same position.
