    It is another Journal!

    I figured I would make some attempt to update my progress. I am currently in the final phase of my cut, down from 227 pounds. My goal is 160 pounds, or until a 6-pack is showing. Then it is back up to 190-200 on a bulk.

    October 30 is the start of my cut cycle, this will continue until December 31, 2006. Then I will start a 2 month bulk cycle.

    Total 1382 52 94 137 (CALS, FAT, CRBS, Prt)

    Cardio: 11 Miles

    Deadlift: 135*10
    Squat: 135*4
    Cardio: .35 Miles

    Today would be day 2 of the cut. It went quite well, no cheats or other issues. Todays weight is 177.
