Any help on the best t bar grip to use,either the inside vertical grips or the wider horizontal?

bench 240lbs
dead 340lbs
seated shoulder press 85lbs (each arm)
I like both. I find the inner grips somewhat easier.

With strength I burn
All the grips..
Just rotate your grip between sets or your weekly..
Don't always use the same grip..
Like pull downs though.. don't go too wide.. or you will put too much stress on the shoulder/rotator cuff..
