If you are not a troll then you have definitely set a record of most threads started by a legitimate poster.

Okay seriously..are you really that challenged? You sound like a fool. Ive started maybe 3 threads..and have done other things while Im online..yet here you are..ready to answer my post with a blink of the eye. must be hard for you to find time to workout if all you do is live on your little message board. Just dont reply to my threads-you dont even make sense when you do make your replies.
There are currently FIVE threads on the first page.
Since 2001 I don't think I've started five threads.

So it's not that I have a vendetta against you in particular but I have a problem with newbies telling us vets how it is and then they can't back it up.

Youre a vet? you dont sound like you know what youre doing..and you had members pm you? wth? Are you their leader or something? lol. Listen to your own advice and shutup..I was done talking to you for awhile now but you keep making dumb posts as an attack on my threads.
Geeze it would just tickle me pink if you could give me an example.Originally Posted by RichMcGuire

I'd prefer not to tickle you pink..sort of makes you sound gay. Is that what youre goin for?
I guess I'm hoping you are man enough to attempt to back up anything that you say. You claim I don't know what I'm doing. You mean in the gym, nutritionally, what the f are you talking about.
Where are you even reading what I'm doing?

No..bet not..Youd probably go after a muscular guy like me that has a beach body, right? Look, I know you were drooling over my myspace pics but calm yourself down..take the hint and stop messaging me.
Your "beach body" is too much for me. :sigh:
Height: 6'2
Weight: 195 (01JAN09)
B/F: 11%
Goal Weight: 210
Starting weight: 150 (10/1/04)
I do drop sets quite often. I don't know if they are the greatest thing for most people but I do well with them. My triceps benefit greatly from them I think. It certainly hasen't hurt in my case. Everybodies different though.
BTW, I like seeing lots of posts. What the hell, it keeps things moving and not boring.

A quick search of posts by both RichMcGuire and Holto, will clearly raise awareness that RichMcGuire has absolutely no idea what he's talking about (member since this month) and Holto has a great wealth of knowledge (member since August 2001).
goooooo Holto
Richard, first of all, search. Second Holto is one of the smartest people around here, so insulting him isn't going to get you anywhere and just make people annoyed with you. It is obvious your new to this. I don't think "more advanced" stuff like drop sets need to be done until you know what works for you. Stick to a solid preset routine for 6-8 months. Learn your body and what it likes, then you can start thinking of doing other stuff.

Just because someone is new to your little forum board, doesnt mean they are less credible or less informed. I think youve overlooked that.
