    cardio question....

    i kno it is impossible to cut and bulk at the same time... however i want to add muscle but lose fat... so i have added in cardio in my routine... before i do my liftin i do 30 mins on the bike and burn 200 cals or so.... and then i work out... is that a bad idea to do? how should cardio play into my routine?

    Lift first. Do cardio after.
