Ok another question I need to ask...
How do you get food composition?? when you dont have the info on cans and stuff like that... ie: how do you get how much Protein, Carbo and Fat does chicken or pasta have? etc etc...
I tried a web search and I got to the website of the USDA nutritient database... Could this be an accurate thing? What about the nutritional info on the back of cans... How accurate could that be?
Anyone can shed some light on this?
