AND IT DIDNT HURT!
For those of you who dont know I was under "Doctors orders" not to do any deep flexion exercises, squat and deadlift were specifically mentioned. Well, My knee has been pretty good over the last little while and I am already for sure in for surgery.... So today while I was doing pullups and watching my workout buddy squat I decided:
I want to squat.
So I walked over there and pumped it out, did a full leg day on WBB 1 and it didnt hurt a single bit! Thats Squats, hack squats, SLDLs and calf raises! Mind you, Im not going to know if I did anything bad until tomorrow, but even 7 hours later, I cant feel ANYTHING!
And Ill tell ya what; I had a hugeass stupid grin on my face the whole time!
I just had to tell you guys... I was so happy.... If it hurts tomorrow then I can say I tried, and know better next time but if it doesnt then Im going to start WBB1 this friday and keep going with it till my knee dies.
