Well I did the wrestlers wieght loss deal that was posted on here, and did it half @ss, I went from 161.5 to 155.1 in 5 days. 155.1 is what I weighed in at the meet last night, weighed myself this morning in at 157, and well be eating up for a nother hour. I'll post the results of my lifts at the meet tonight.

Why 155 from 161? the weight classes in that range are 148 and 165. Is this a small non-sanctioned meet?

    Thanks

Thanks for the replys, It was a good day, other than my back deal, was hoping to push up a 320 or so but oh well no need to push it. Now I need a new work out. I'm looking at competing again in March and april. The meet in March will be a national deal and the one in April will be here in the home town.

Why are the weights like 126.76?
    Forever Goal: Strength

Weightlifting sucks. I just like to lift heavy things.

Because they were converted from kilograms.

    seriousley

Yes it is a strict curl, and yes Nasa does everything in Kilos.

    Thanks for all the replys.

And it was all raw. You cant use any wraps of any sort, only thing you can use is a 4" wide belt.

Nasa also Drug test lifters. for fair compitition.

    lbs

My compition weight was 155.1 as that is what I weighed in at. and them after the weigh in and intill the comp I only gained 1.9 lbs. I'm going to the Nationals in two mths, So I'm really going to hit it hard and do some good cardio and see If I can smash the 148 class then go to 165 for the regional in April.

Keep on eating, good luck! I know it's difficult to eat a lot prior a competition because of nerves, you just gotta shove it down, it's tough though
