    Gym Ache!!!!

    Gym ache!!!!

    I train really hard. Mix up my workouts,push til i can not lift another rep.Give it my all but i dont seem to ache after my workouts.
    Train,train hard.Eat,eat lots and sleep even more.

    Maybe you ''think'' you train really hard, but you really aren't. Try going heavier and with more intensity. I get sore from my work outs, if I don't, then I'm not happy. Sometimes changing the exercises help. Good luck

    Also take a step back and really see how intense you are training. A wise man once said... "If you don't get nervous before you train, you don't train hard enough."
    Current Stats --------------- Training Goals: Improve athletic conditioning.
    Squat - 305lbs - 1/23/06 ----- 335
    Deadlift - 415lbs - 2/4/06 ---- 435
    Bench - 90s*7 ----------------- 100s*5
    Weight - 208 ------------------ 190
    Height - 5'10"

    i grew a ton in my chest, but for some reason it rarely ever gets sore.......... i have a 50" chest btw
