    Tri-Set???

I recently purchased Endothil CR and inside it had a specific work out to do along with the supplement. It has a bunch of "tri-sets" that are to be done.

I am a little confused on what it is....
I believe it is when you have three workouts and you do all three one after the other... and that is one set. Then you repeat twice more... is this correct?

Not sure whether to get all of one exercise complete and move onto next or do them all once and call it a single set.

don't bother with the endocil it'd already be illegal if it worked, and they're prolly just saying t do 3 sets of every exercise, and don't take their advice into account, just read on this forum, do wbb1 workout.
