    George Foreman Grill

Does anybody have a problem with making chicken on the gf grill. Mine comes out tasting like crap. The skin gets all orange colared and tastes nasty. I dont mind meats on their, but I need to start eating more chicken, and the outdoor grill is packed away for the winter. How does everyone else chicken come out, what can I possibly be doing wrong. The skin is nasty as hell. Yuck.

Is it possible to make potatoes in there. Like split open a potato, and just grill the damn thang.

I found that after about 2 months, the chicken didn't cook all the way through. Always came out really pink. I always thought that it was possibly a bad batch of Chicken, but that wasn't the case...

I just BBQ my chicken now...

I hear what Heath is saying, and I do that, but not only is it a pain in the ass to pull the skin off, by time, your done, your basically cut the portion in half. It cooks the outside way too quick for the inside. Damn that George.

I have no problems with mine. I dont eat the skin. I cook around 14oz at a time and let it cook for 8minutes and everything is grand. Cleanup is easy as well (clean it up while she is still hot).

What I do is cook 10 chicken breasts every 5 days. I get 2 large metal pans, line them with tin foil, lay the breasts in there and lightly sprinkle some garlic salt on them. Fold the tin foil over so it covers the top of the pans, put in oven on 350 for 45 mins. They come out nice and tasty and juicy....

Then when I am hungry...I just pull a pre-cooked chicken breast outta the fridge. Chop it up into tiny pieces and microwave it, scramble 5 egg whites and put it over the chicken, cover egg whites and chicken with roughly 1-1/2 to 2 cups of brown rice, top with salsa, mix it all up...and down the hatch it goes

At the store, buy boneless, skinless chicken breasts. Problem solved. With the potato thing..I don't see why not..at least try it.
