real newb questions, but couldnt find results

Just basic terminology guys are using on here but I'd like to know the meaning....

    1. When you guys say RAW next your Lift stats or you did this amount of weight RAW, does that mean no grip gloves/straps, belt, or suit? And also I can see the gloves and straps helping in a DL when the weight is so much you can barley hold grip, and I can maybe see how the belt can help prevent back problems and posture, but how does the suit help you?

    2. When you say PUMPED next to your stats for measurements, that means flexed but without working out first correct? Because Lifting first would add mass to the size of your bicept for example? Am I on the right track.

    3. Also pertaining to question 2, when someones says their pumps were so bad It would shorten their workout, is this when the muscle, again bicept for example is so tense and swollen you can barley do any more weight? I believe this happen yesterday when going to failure on arms and shoulders, my bicepts were practically swollen and throbing.

Thanks, Just tryin to get the terminology down.

    1) Yes correct, raw is an un-assisted lift, no straps bench shirts ect. They should ad no drugs to the list that does all the lifting in itself.

2)Well pumped means when your muscles are full of blood and oxygen, so if they're measurements say pumped in front, it means they measure that for about an hour a week. Divide it by like 3 or something for the true measurement.

    3) I dono.

suits help you squat more because they are so tight. for example. a bench shirt makes your arms stick straight out in front because its very tight.
