hey everyone, i was wondering if anyone had some ideas for a weight schedule for me... i play soccer, so i dont want to get real big, but i do want to gain some weight and get bigger while at the same time, keep my speed and agility on the soccer field. all i have at my house right now is a bench, EZ curl bar and those olympic dumbells that you can put different weights on.. if anyone can help me out or give me some suggestions, i would appreciate it. hit me back. peace.
