so i've been using WBB1 for about 9 months now, and i'm starting to see some plateaus. for the last 9 months i've been making great gains, and progressing every week, except for the last couple. i've completely plateaued on my shoulders, and im seeing minimal gains on my chest and legs. i think i'm ready to try a new workout, maybe BGB. any suggestions would help, and any shoulder exersizes that help the lagging. (right now i do arnolds, shrugs, lateral & side raises, been staying away from upright rows because of weak rotator cuffs). Thanks!!!
