I bet the same question has occured to many of you.
I'm torn between Somehow trying to find Sometime on Christmas to workout -
Or loosing my Wednesday rest day and smashing together my four workouts.

If you're worried, don't take a rest day. Do a 4 day workout this week. I hardly ever take rest days except on Sundays (during football season.) As far as working out Christmas, I wouldn't worry about missing one day. Just enjoy the day..eat a ton and get loaded. Back to the grind the day ater.

Choices:
a) Wake up at 5 am, do workout and put up with family while being tired all day
b) Enjoy sleeping in, being lazy and eating tons of food
I vote for b) every time.

Way down this road, in a gym far away, a young man was once heard to say, "I've repped high and I've repped low, No matter what I do my legs won't grow."
He tried leg extensions, leg curls, and leg presses, too. Trying to cheat these sissy workouts he'd do. From the corner of the gym where the big men train, Through a cloud of chalk and the midst of pain.
Where the big iron rides high and threatens lives, Where the noise is made with big forty fives. A deep voice bellowed as he wrapped his knees, A very big man with legs like trees.
Laughing as he snatched another plate from the stack, Chalking his hands and monstrous back, Said "Boy stop lying and don't say you've forgotten, Trouble with you is you ain't been SQUATTIN"
my gym is right outside in my garage....so an hour out of the day is not a big deal at all
Reach down between your legs and find a pair of balls. That's what it takes to lift big weights. Genetics is the weak man's excuse for why he sucks at life. Don't be that guy - RhodeHouse

Someone once told me:
"If you miss a workout or have a crappy workout - that workout is GONE - you'll never get it back."
So I hate to miss a day, and I hate bad workouts. Like tonight's. Tonight's sucked!
And even more galling, I'll have to miss tomorrow's workout for some stupid Christmas party.
