A little help on my routine

I'm using the WBB1 Routine and so far it's been showing results. The only place I'm not satisfied with is the back of my shoulders (posterier delts, i think) and my triceps, so basically the back of my arms. I asked my mom (whos been a personal trainer her whole life) and she said i should try some rear delt rows and, she called them, kickbacks among other things. Now i want to integrate this into that workout but I don't want to take away from anything. What do you guys think would be a good modified routine? I'm open to suggestions, too. Another thing is I don't really deadlift, for a couple reasons and I know nothing could really replace that, but what do you thinks a good substitute for that. I work and lift at a gym so pretty much everthing is available to me. Thanks in advance!!

your rear delts should be getting hit well with rows and chins, check your form and up the calories. Dont do kickbacks, do dips or close grip bench instead. Why dont you deadlift?

Weightlifting sucks. I just like to lift heavy things.

I can understand rack pulls, but good mornings? Hardly.

Rack pull is just a restricted ROM deadlift. Close but still not a substitute. I wouldn't call 1/2 ROM benching a substitute for benching.

How long have you been training on the routine and whats your diet like? I would say those muscles get hit plenty in the routine so you probably just need some time to let them grow. Bent over flies, face pulls, and any row is good for rear delts. Close grip bench, and dips are great for triceps.
