Lets say its the vacation....tonight like all the sundays I go in a club. Im a guy who needs to drink when he clubs. I feel really guilty at myself when I drink cause training is a lot to me. i wanna get drunk in the club...what will affect the most my diet and my shape...beer or shooters? (rhum, vodka), it is just to get a feeling.

Beer's worse IMO.
More cals. Stick with the shots.

I do light beer. Yes, you still get a ton of cals from the alcohol... but at least it's less than regular beer. Why is this better than shots, you ask? Built in water.Shots will get you very dehydrated unless you're careful and drink a TON of water that night between shots. And do you really want to be 'that guy' in the bar drinking water? (Yes, I know some would say the same about light beer...)

either way, it's not good for you...if you're going to drink you might as well not worry about it...just enjoy yourself and drink plenty of water before bed/passing out

If I did that at a club I'd be that guy in the corner chillen and not talking or even looking for girls.
My plan of attack when I am out to get loaded is start with bicardi and diet coke to catch a buzz then switch to beer later in the night so that way your not consuming that many beers. And of course throw in a redbull/vodka and some shots of jager. On a regular night of just getting a feeew drinks I stick with bicardi and diet.

Yess I guess redbull with some vodka or something could be pretty good too , I would still like to know more about the subject exactly. I guess a lil bit of both can be cool.

Find out what light beer is made of, and you wont drink it again.
Or wherever the legal age is...legal...for his...age.

Vodka mixed with diet coke, lowest cals you can get, and the water in the diet coke will keep you relatively hydrated.
Apparently your body will use the alchohol as energy over all other energy sources available to it, or something.
Spirits have the lowest calories per alcohol amount. Therefore stick to vodka or gin.
Have a god damn beer or five and stop worrying about it.

Regular beer 12oz about 150cals, 15g carbs
Lite beer 12oz 105 cals, 5 g carbs
Lowest cal option as mentioned, spirits with diet soft drink.
That's a picture of Scarlett Johansson.
miller lite has on 96 cals and isnt that bad tasting for light beer if ur hurtin for cash natty light is the way to go w 95 cals
if ur smart with drinking and stick to liquor and diet soda or light beer it really wont affect you as much as many people say ive been in break for about 3 weeks and have drank like 3 times a week and i havnt really gained anyweight or lost strengh
I don't know if it's true, but a strength coach that works out at the gym I lift at told me that alcohol suppresses testosterone production.
