    In the past 6 months...

I've been able to actually feel muscles when I move. Not necessarily when I'm flexing, but when I'm doing everyday tasks, I'm actually more aware of what's hiding under the fat I've got left, and aware of the results of all my ass-busting work.

I'm still a n00b compared to some of you guys, but it feels good. If that's not a sign of progress, I don't know what is. Does it just get better from here or what?

    Totally.

I'm still charmed that I can feel my lats when I flex them. Before I had them, well, kinda tricky flexing NOTHING.

Over the last month, I've been more or less maintaining, just giving myself a break. Alright, that's partially a lie, a lot of those calories I maintained on came from liquor. The holidays were a massive party, but that's on hold.

Right now, I'm back on about 21-2200 a day, my maintenance is in the 2600 region. After I get back into the swing of things, I'm seriously considering a PSMF stint just to see what happens. I like experimenting on myself.

Without having any idea what I was doing, I managed to get down from 315 in February to 285 in May, then just fluctuated a good 10 in either direction before starting to hang out here and learning what to do.

Good **** man. I am curious to see how our cuts compare. Im working on a slow recomp as well. Did the whole PSMF deal but didn't like how I felt in the gym =/
UD2.0 on the other hand when you are around 15% or under is amazing.

As for new found muscle, I have to baby powder the inside of my thighs so the don't bleed when I run.

Hmm...maybe later. I don't necessarily like screwing myself up, but I have no problem using myself as a lab rat.

HolyWars, it does seem like we're running on very close to parallel tracks. It will be interesting to see what happens.

yea I know how you feel, I was watching the OSU and FU game last night and when the gators scored I cheered and looked into the mirror next to the tv. I was like "damn, I want to rape myself."

2 other things I was reminded of tonight.

    1. After a hard leg day, the walk to the car takes forever.
    2. After a hard leg day, going down a concrete stairway borders on gambling with your life.

I haven't gotten that far yet. I walked in the door 20 minutes ago and have yet to make it to the shower.

Work tomorrow is going to suck.

Nah. I'm too lazy for that. Maybe one day I'll start one, but for now...I don't care enough.

Actually, I use the MySpace blog a sporadic journal-type thing sometimes...when I'm not bitching about my job.

I get the joy of throwing around buckets and canvas bags of rock all day. My traps and shoulders and lats get used a lot through the course of a day. Once I take a quick breather between bags/buckets I feel my traps pulsing, I love it after a good deads morning.(not really)
