Since i started wrestling my coach gave me a diet plan..ive been doin the weight management plan and it has been working out great. I still get to eat a good amount while keeping my weight the same. Once the season is over im going to try the weight gain plan to "bulk", and i figured if you guys were having trouble cutting you could try the weight loss plan.

when they say a portion they mean like the size of your first, but if its like a meat like chicken or steak then a portion is the size of your palm
