    Deadlift injury?

I noticed a slight pinch after my workout tonight. It's about 3 inches up and to the right of my tailbone. Right above my right a$$ cheek. It's not bad I can walk, run etc. but notice a slight pinch when bending at the waist ...especially when standing back up from bending at the waist. Also I did not feel any injury while lifting but rather when I got home.

Anything I need to watch for on my form? I thought I was doing well keeping my form in check but obviously not.

    Thanks

Sounds like a little tweak. Keep an eye on it and if it gets worse back off from training. Stupid nagging little back pains can develope into sciatica quick - and believe me sciatica sux.

    Ok more info....

I think the pinch is actually in my hip joint. Is this possible?

It almost feels like my hip has no soft tissue...like bone on bone rubbing.

    Any ideas?

    Thanks

Well, if you've got arthritis of the hip at such a young age than that certainly sucks. See a doctor. A glucosamine/chondroitin/MSM supplement certainly won't hurt things. That and rest. You're going to have to train a little smarter than most folks because of this. Take a little extra time, and always be conscious of the situation.
