    Fat Free Honey Mustard

    Hey all,

I grabbed a quick lunch here on campus while working, which was a salad. The dressing that seemed least damaging to my diet was the Fat Free Honey Mustard, no nutrional information of course. Anybody know approximately what I'm looking at as far as carbs and cals for this? I looked online for examples but all I could find was info on the Chick-Fil-A stuff.

    Thanks!

Most honey mustard sauce is 10 calories a tsp, or 60 for 2 tbsp (typical serving size). It is 95% carbohydrates. So you are looking at ~15 grams of carbohydrates.
