Hey,everyone. I was recently looking at a bunch of new routines because I am still in a stage of find what really works for me. I have made some good gains so far but want to try something totally different and new. I have been looking at the Sheiko #1 Recently. The one thing I was curious about is what kind of weight gain I'm going to be expecting from this routine? I understand it is dependent on what/how I eat but could I complete the routine with low amount of weight gain or is it designed to put some mass on with its high volume work? Any comments from people familiar with it would be great. Thanks a ton.
Either way. You could do it and not gain a pound. It really does depend on diet.
Squats work better than supplements.
"You know, if I thought like that, I'd never put more than one plate on the bar for anything, I'd never use bands or chains, I'd never squat to parallel or below, and I'd never let out the slightest grunt when I lift. At some point in your lifting career (assuming you're planning on getting reasonably strong and big), you're going to have to accept that most people think you are some kind of freak." -Sensei
"You're wrong, and I have a completely irrelevant pubmed abstract that may or may not say so." - Belial
