    Insane.

Your going to look amazing if you ever get down to 7% or so. I think you'll def. win some competitions at that low bodyfat with your huge size.

    I'm jealous. But good job!!!!!!!

Im 16, been lifting hard for maybe 3 years and im 5'9
never taken sterioids but might become an option in the future if I choose to compete in bb

Just came back from a powerlifting meet (toyed around because the meet was cakewalk)

    675 squat
    405 bench
    500 deadlift

I totaled only 1580 because I didnt need to go any higher to win, took 3 trophys home and im 2nd in state right now(competition is pathetic this year)

When I started it was a 200 bench 350 squat and a 440 deadlift ( didnt deadlift until I was squatting 550, hadnt taken up powerlifting till lastyear)

edit: legs measure about 33 inches( im wearing a a suit designed for 350+ due to this)

280lbs of mainly muscle @ 5'9, with a 700+ squat, near 500lbs bench, an 600+ pull..an your 16 an have not used roids - i dont know what mark henry was like at your age but if all this is true, i dont think your far off, thats VERY motivating
