Long run today (long for me)... Ran after dark so it was nice and cool though. I kicked it up a notch at the end and probably knocked off about 45 seconds. Without that I would have been feeling decent but I ended up being pretty tired.

Pretty tough run today but I'm glad to be within 45 seconds of my PR. The heat doesn't help much but I was definitely feeling fatigued and very gassed at the end. Just need to keep at it.

Pretty sure that's a PR. I don't recall ever running under an 8 minute mile but I'll have to check the record books. That was way too hard to do though and I have a long ways to go. Started off strong the first .5 but I got super gassed and probably went from 9 MPH to 6 MPH or so.

Run yesterday:
Pavement run with my buddy (marathon runner)
3.85 miles @ 36:55 ... This is a distance PR. I have never gone over 3 miles and we ran 3.85. Pace was 9:35/mile. That was hard as all hell and my calves and tib antierior were so packed with lactic acid I could barely move them at the end of the run.

Pavement run:
1.5 miles @ 12:20 ... PR is 12:30, 10 sec PR. Effings gassed afterwards.
3.85 @ 36:55 the other day as well as a swim the day after of 10 laps/500 yd @ 11:55 or something. Wish these posts would show up.
PS - just so anyone knows.. It takes my posts about 2-4 days to show up most of the time for some reason and there's nothing they can do about it. Kinda sucks but just an FYI for the delays in response or whatnot.

3.85 miles @ 36:55 - .85 mile PR for distance. Definitely was wrecked afterward. There was so much lactic acid in my tib anterior that I could barely move my ankles.

Nice running dude, the distance will come quick. I remember my first 6 mph pace run (1-2 months ago), I could not go past 15:00. I held it for 60:00 last night!

Yeah Bako I know bro, I am keeping that old account though for sure in hopes that they can get it fixed someday. It got banned accidentally when they were mass-banning for the spam storm and it hasn't been the same since it got re-instated. I have 2 e-mails so I'm using my alternative for this account for now. Wow man, a 6 mile run in one hour is pretty damn awesome. I will continue to look towards you for some motivation for myself in my cardio quest...

Wrong mindset today during cardio. Was wanting to do 2 miles and hit a PR on the treadmill. I then noticed about 1/4 of the way through my calves were already giving in and I remembered I didn't take my BA and Creatine mix pre workout. The placebo kicked in and I decided to just finish out the mile.
Treadmill :
1 mile @ 8:20
Tae Kwon Do :
60 minutes, pretty intense. Good workout - sweat my balls off.
Will try to make up for the shoddy cardio tomorrow with a good BW workout and a swim or run.

Was going to BW lift but I was exhausted. Tried to focus on fixing my breaststroke kick today and it was hell. I scissor kick instead of frog kick and it hurts my aerodynamics in the water (aquadynamics?). I actually need someone to teach me. Oh well, still makes me stronger.

Thanks dudes... I can't kip on my basement bar. It's only like 7.5-8 feet off the ground so I have to grab n' drop (with knees bent) to get full ROM if you know what I mean. I have to jump+pull and focus on negatives is about my only option when I run out of gas. But negatives are better than nothing. How many rounds do you do before kipping Rick, or do you kip at the beginning to preserve juice?
