hehe thanks unholy. well i think today they honestly were, we did 1 yard sprints, 2.5 yard sprints, and 3 yard sprints... with tennis shoes, on the wet grass (he changed the plans on us!!). I had more dew on my body than sweat by the end!!

team workout was : 135 lb bench 20 sec, 18 reps. 20 sec, 14 reps. 25 sec, 10 reps. about 90 sec of rest in between each set. was awesome.

"theisings" we call them, lay on ground and stick feet up 6 inches hands by your side. 2 sets of 30 sec, i suck at them.

Thx CoCoaI've just been feeling good on bench and clean lately, coach says he wants me to set goal for 300 bench by football. That's a little steep, I have it at 275 so when I smash it I get a self esteem boost!
Check Up:
Bench has gone up atleast 15 lb since 6 weeks ago.
Clean has gone up 20 lb since 6 weeks ago.
Squat is around the same, maybe +5 lb but haven't maxed it since.
Power Press is feeling good and easy using a 225 for max. Scared to max it even on max day though, that's a lot of weight over your head.
Deadlift has gone up about 40 lbs, but have only done it 3 times of the 6 or so weeks. Feels great when I do it though.
Weight up to 189, ate a lot of mcdonalds tonight though, might have broke 190!!

Yesterday was terrible for lifting, squat was horriffic and BW was crazy low.
squat supposed to be 290 3x3, did 275 3x3 almost didnt get last set. huge de-moralizer...
