thnaks alot detard. yeah i guess its not terrible but i was just disapppointd. plus i guess u gotta factor in the flys and usually when i do 225x fatigue it's on a 3x3 day not a 3x8.

Not your best bench day, but not bad. And those sprints sound pretty good, you beat a kid with a 4.55 40? Nice.
thanks kill. well that's a 4.55 with those times that are hard to beleive, but regardless it was all the same distance and he got a 4.55 and i got a 4.66 so yeah. he's also known to not always give 100% though, but it was a halfback vs. lineman so he probably gave alot of effort to not get embarassed...

hell of a squat workout today. very solid, to me. felt killer.
squat : 225 3x8... i think thats a PR or 225 sets for 8... idk tho. it felt SICK. all reps were below paralell and pretty solid. last set could of got 10 but was feeling lightheaded so stopped.
pullups : 3x10
incline : 135 3x8... felt nice.
core work.

keith - thanks dude. well i'd like to do that, but we're in the high rep part of our workout for 4ish weeks. then we go 5's then 3's i beleive 4 weeks each. if im spotted doing singles, doubles etc during the high rep times i get whipped. im pretty f**kin toast after 3x8 tho anyways.

moved boxes for team workout...
offensive tech for plyos... played some catch afterwards.

work. a lot. and the weightroom is only open 2 times a day, not like whenever. and this summer i HAVE to lift at a school weightroom, cuz i can't miss more than 5 times or else i lose my captain status. (gay but what are we gonna do). trust me i dont get lazy with TRAINING come summer, it gets even more intense. its my diet that ruined me last year. and i plan on not letting that happen again!

great work on the squats a couple of days ago! Keep your diet on track and you'll be in wicked shape for the football season.
Solid pressing. What did you do last summer diet-wise? Bad food, too much, not enough? The good thing is that it is within your control, you just have to choose to make eating the right way your priority.

kill - thanks bro. last summer i didnt eat at all. maybe (MAYBE) ONE meal a day. sometimes two. barely any snacks. just one meal a day because i was so busy or just lacked dedication. this summer i need to get to drinking a shake EVERY NIGHT and maybe even twice a day on certain days.
