    Hmph...

    1 - How is he a nerd?

2 - Could he get any more depth on that?

    3 - I counted 6 plates a ride; 6X45X2 = 540 without bar... He says 420lbs...

4 - So...about depth? Those pins could go farther down...

    LOL...

While his squat is sad, I had to look (And laugh) at his website.

For only $98, you can have all the quote, "Magic," muscle building, "Secrets."

You will also get ahold of insider shortcuts!

    let's not forget:

I used to think exponentially meant something different, but middle school must have taught me wrong.

That video makes me cringe, I wonder how many uninformed people watch that kind of thing and think thats the right way to squat, his ROM must be all of 3 inches.

Cant wait till payday then I can unlock the secrets......

    Sorry guys...

I figured with all the posts in the section of the forum, this was not a sarcastic one (I really had to think). I leave sarcasm to the general chat forum...

    But, yes...

It was like 450, and I doubt that guy could full squat 225 pounds.

    It's Adam Ramsay, reborn.
    Squats work better than supplements.
"You know, if I thought like that, I'd never put more than one plate on the bar for anything, I'd never use bands or chains, I'd never squat to parallel or below, and I'd never let out the slightest grunt when I lift. hahahahahahaha... that was one of the funniest things ever...
and did you check out his other videos??
like "Hypnotic Scenarios and Mind Control" http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Q-abF8h8Dhc

And those were 25 lb rubber plates.. x 5 each side.. that's a total of 250.. plus a 35 lb bar... so it's not even 300 LBs x 1/8th squats...

I thought the same thing too. I figured something wasn't right when he unracked it. It seemed way too heavy for a guy about to do 10 reps.

5 plates each side, look like 20kg/44lbs + 20kg/44lbs for the bar makes 220kg/484lbs. It says 2x, that makes him 110kg/242lbs and a lot of that is fat.

Guessing his true 1 rep max could be a lot lower as he probably isn't accustomed to bending his knees that far and would have to retrain to get there.

Pity the video doesn't show his legs, were we supposed to be impressed by his back or his legs ?
