i was wondering if doing a lot of cardio while trying to gain muscle will have negative effects on the gain. In the past 2 weeks i've actually gained a few pounds but i haven't done cardio.. im wondering if i'll start losing it if i start doing cardio.. or do i just have to eat a lot more
anyone got advice or experiences?
some people cut cardio completely out with bulking and some people cut cardio down to one day a week. But cardio does inhibit gains after a while. Ever seen a bodybuilder that runs marathons?
