    Result of Cut/New Sport

Just got a new digital camera, so of course the first thing I did was take a picture of myself, and I was pretty shocked....The before picture is the only shirtless picture I could find from before my cut, so its not that great, but you get the idea.

As the alias suggests I had been cutting for a Triathlon, but my doctor seems to think this is a bad idea, since I can't run long distances (combination of torn cartilage from wrestling and extremely flat feet). Therefore, I need a new, stupid hard sport that I can compete in. Any suggestions? I'm thinking about rowing currently. MMA isn't really an option because I need my pretty face for my job . I'm toying with the idea of natural body building as well.

Good job on the cut. You have done what I would like to do for the summer.

If you're looking for a tough sport, rowing can seriously kick your a$$. It is one of, if not the best, full-body cardio workout. I used to row when I was younger and would have kept up with it if not for a serious knee injury. If you can deal with the early mornings then I would say give it a shot. There's nothing better than flying silently across the water with your butt only 4" above it as the sun comes up.

Training and nutrition are very KISS.

    Training, lift heavy 3 days/week, 4 sets of 5x5, HIIT 3 days/week

    Nutrition I try to stick to the "7 habits of highly effective diets", I eat around 13 calories/lb, or 2500 cals....1.5 g protien/lb, 0.5 g fat/lb

By my estimations I'm around 11-12% bodyfat now (Based of an earlier measurment of BF and assuming LBM stayed the same, so I'm not sure how accurate that is)
