hahaha you guys dont understand how stupid I feel asking this.
Say I cut on 2500 cals, maintain on 3000. If I go do an activity that burns 500 but start eating 3000, will I be cutting at the same rate? I was thinking how eating more calories speeds your metabolism as does something like HIIT - so would it be like being on a 750 calorie defecit instead of 500?
inspirational quote: anything muhammad ali ever said
shoulder rehabbing with a vengeance
Don't trust your activity to burn 500. The body is whacky that way... one persons' 500 activity could be anothers 350.
