Coming back from illness need routine that isn't too strenuious

    hi,
i am new but have been a long time lurker. have been lifting for 2 years now with about a year done correctly (i was trying to get bigger without eating enough!).

i am recently recovering from an illness that has affected my heart and want to get back into lifting. however due to the illness and me not lifting for a few months due to exams i wanted some opinions for a routine that starts off quite slow so i get back into the habit and do not over do it.

i used to be on Bill Starr's routine and was making gains but am a little concerned with how intense it gets after a while. or should i stick with bill star but lift quite light to start?

    any help appreciated.

Starr might actually be good for you because it starts slow. Definitely ask your doctor first.
I went to Rhodestown and all I got was this high cholesterol
