    Gain 15 lbs.

Getting stronger at the same weightclass means increasing your muscles effiencency- this takes a long time.

Or you could just improve your form.

For your bench - are you arching your back, planting your feet, and keeping a tight upper back with your elbows tucked? Search powerlifting bench press form for some good articles.

For clean & jerk - very technical lift. There's always something you can improve.

More importantly - why are you gauging your progress/setting your goals with reference to someone else?

Yeah... Steroids. Seriously there's no "quick" way to catch up to him. It would take a long to increase your lifts by that big of a margine. Unless you haven't been training for very long or the right way.

That clean and jerk is even crazier. I don't believe it.

When he's not looking take an OL bar to his knees and elbows - his numbers will go down in a hurry.

    jk.
A child does not learn to squat from the top down. In other words, he does not suddenly make a conscious decision one day to squat. Actually, he is squatting one day and make the conscious decision to stand. Squatting precedes standing in the developmental sequence. This is the way a child's brain learns to use the body as the child develops movement patterns. Therefore, a child is probably crawling, rocks back into a squatting position with the back completely relaxed and the hips completely flexed, and stands when he has enough hip strength. This approach makes a lot of sense and can be applied to relearning the deep squat movement if it is lost. -Gray Cook

Why care, I could say "OMG Mike Wolfe Benches 860 and I can only do 355 maybe I should quit lifting and join the girlscouts".

To make it more applicable I could say that Stumprrp is benching close to what I can but he weighs probably 45 pounds or more less then me. I could also say that he deadlifts even MORE then I do and I'm bigger then he is.

Who cares what anyone else lifts, lift for you.

I was thinking along the same lines as Sensei. I would punch him in the balls multiple times, until you feel it's enough. Good times! But, seriously, don't worry about his numbers. As long as your's improve, that's what really matters. SFW!
