I've gained 5 lbs in about 2 months, my goal was 10 lbs in 3 months, doesn't look like I'll be able to get there on time, but I've stayed consistent with my diet thus far, my gains in the gym have been great. I just wanted to know, does that kinda progress sound decent? I'm bulking at 2800 calories, shooting for 155 lbs at least for now. Up to 150 right now.
As long as you're making progress, you're doing fine.Once you stop gaining...eat more.
