just not bigger.
What's up with that? I can lift (with good form) as much weight as guys twice my size in the gym, yet my bulk doesnt seem to correlate with my strength levels.
Does it make sense that you won't necessarily get bigger even though you get stronger?
I've always thought one always follow the others.
Any advice, anyone?
Don't eat the yellow snow
i think some of this can be put down to genetics.
I mean you ever see those guys at the gym that are damn strong but no where near as big as you would expect them to be? it may be that your genetics are leaning this way.
However I would also look to your diet. Are you not gaining weight then? What do you weigh? Maybe its time to up the calories, throw in some creatine etc.
also are you training to failure?
I think you are right about size following strenght although a direct correlation is so different accross individuals.
I like to think of it this way. There are more big strong mofo's than there are small strong mofo's
Keep training hard, bump up the calories and be patient![]()
