here is the bootleg I did a long time ago of highlights of the Polish 2001 training hall

    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=E3eZnThLm00

you can see all the different exercises they do, a lot of variety, as per the Russians

That Aranda squat clip is amazing, a 3.75xbodyweight full squat completely raw. Oly lifters are the best athletes in the world.

Lots of vids and digital coaching on O lifts at crossfit.com. But, yeah, not enough in-person coaching available. Most personal trainers are ******s. If you'd ask in a commercial gym for help on a clean, snatch, or jerk, they'd say the exercises are dangerous and you shouldn't do them at all.

Lol yep yep the lady that was teaching the personal training course said that they where bad lifts and you will get hurt doing them.

Oh and the videos have been removed.

Often people do the lifts without understanding it. I have seen countless people clean and press with out landing the weight on the shoulders.

Well, honestly, they can be dangerous lifts unless you have somebody with at least a little bit of knowledge showing them to you. They're not the easiest exercises to learn, but they're good if done right.
