Hello peoples....
I'm looking into getting a bench shirt, and a squat suit.
I have been looking at www.houseofpain.com and i came across a Deadlift suit aswell.. I didnt know they existed, but apparantly they do.
My question is, should i bother getting one, or will a squat suit do as good a job at the beginnerish level?
here is a link to the suits i was looking at... Deadlift suit
Squat suit
Thanks in advance.

How do you squat and how do you deadlift?
If you squat wide and deadlift sumo, then one will work well for the other. There are also squat suits that are a better fit for your squatting style as well. Close stance to wide stance.

Yep. Keep in mind if you choose the right suit for your styles you can use it for both squat and DL, a good way to save some $$$ over buying one for each.

I see, i deadlift non Sumo, legs about where the knurling starts.
I squat with a similar width stance aswell.
I actually thought they were all the same...
Yeah, that's what i thought, but seeings as i am getting an order sent over to Australia, i thought i might get everything to save on shipping costs..
Do you guys think i should just stick to a single ply squat suit to start with to see how it goes.?
Thanks

I'd definitely start with a single ply suit. I think it's just a good way to work up. Otherwise you might get a suit that's just too much for you. If you get a good single ply squat suit for your squat stance, it could carry over to your deadlift. That way you don't need to get 2 suits just unless you really want to.
If you are getting a single ply suit, I would have thought that there would have been a local distributor there in Australia. Maybe not a brick and mortar store but at least somewhere closer to sell suits.

Def. get a single-ply suit. Most feds won't allow double-ply and it won't give you that much more anyway, aside from being much more difficult to use.
