    Please critique my cut!!

Hey guys, i've been on my cut right now for about, 2 weeks, minus 2 cheat days... so yeh, my bulk was pretty solid, but pretty dirty, i was eating about 3000+ cals per day, and everything in site. I was on NO-explode and Cellmass and i was taking 6 (23g) protein shakes per day. I packed on 20 lbs in about 2.5 months

my weights went from 85 on benchpress to 165 3X7
    legpress from 135-580 3X10
    Incline curl from 25-40 3X10
Flat dumbell press from 30-60/65 3X10

so basically now that im cutting, and off creatine, ive noticed my veins have started showing thru a little bit more, but my strength has also decreased a lil, but now ive plateaud (on the strength loss), i guess thats a good thing because i stopped creatine, and it stopped decreasing.

    Oh, and my weight.height was/is... 5'8 145 pre-bulk, 165 post bulk, 160 current, goal weight....probably 150 or so, as long as i can see my 6 pack

this is my fitday journal i usually try for a 30% fat 40% protein 30% carb diet, and its usually below 1700 cals, i do some sort of cardio everyday, and a 20-25 minute HIIT session on tuesday/thursday...i also take around 4 protein shakes a day, bcaas, 300mg caffeine m/w/f and 800mg of green tea extract everyday
Oh and i workout m/w/f i try for max weight, and low reps, to maintain strength.

dammit, i need to get my post count up be4 i can include my fit day link...

    1) Dieting by percentages is flimsy premise. You should set your macros according to your LBM.

    2)1700 cals seems too low

3)No need to get off creatine since you are cutting. Any caloric free suplement that helps you push more weight is even more advisable on a cut.

4)On a cut, why are you taking so many shakes?Solid food will be your best friend. Make sure you are getting at least 25g of fiber a day.

5)Make sure to add Fish Oil to your diet.

Mr. D. If i wanna cut, whats wrong with me eating only 1700-1800 cals per day, i try for more clas on workout days, usually hit 2000 by addign sum sort of starchy food to my diet pre workout for an extra energy boost, but i mean, for my height/weight/goals how many cals do u think i should be consuming

Dropping your cals too low risks burning muscle as well as fat. I would say somewhere around 2000 sounds right. If yo are dropping more than 1lb a week, then i would say your cals are too low.
