    Skim Milk

    are there any negatives to drinking 4L of skim milk a day? (0g of fat, including saturated and trans)

    i love milk, but i'm not sure if this is healthy...

    4L is fine. As long as you spread it out. I tried chugging 4L of milk in college once. It came out faster than it went in.

    Do you fart a lot? When I used to drink milk (I did my whole life until 19) I farted quite a lot. I was lactose intolerant and I didn't figure (or care). That much may not be good for certain individuals. Check too see if you have a high lactose tolerance. If you do, then why not!

    there are 1440 calories in 4l of skim milk.

    also, no problem with farting.

    as long as you arent lactose intolerant and it fits ur macros, milk is a good source of carbs and protein.
