    Split jerk 245, dual 45 hub pinch

    245 split jerk today, and then dual 45 hub pinch. 191 bodyweight.

    Looking to jerk 275 and front squat 345 this year.

    that's cool man, nice job! I tried that hub pinch with a 10lb plate, I could only hold it for a few seconds! LOL!

    I'm convinced you have magnets in your hands and double sided tapes on the plates! haha

    Tried a 10lb plate at the gym and could only lift it up before it slipped out. Can't even get it up and hold it there. haha, Amazing OP!

    To be fair, there are certain hubs that are meant for hub lifting. If the hub is not deep enough it will be extremely difficult.
