    TommyBoy's Log

Tried to find my old log, but I'm too lazy so I'll start a new one.

Thursday Mar. 23/07 - DE BP

    Bench
    135+5 chains/side @ 6 sets of 3

    Tate Press
    45x8x3sets

    1 Arm Laterals w/chains
    3 chains @ 3 sets of 10

    Vbar Pulldowns
    240x6x3sets

    Hammer Curls
    65x8x2sets

    Side Bends
    90x10x3sets

Back to normal training again. Poundages are quite low for my standards, but keep in mind that I had nerve damage in my left shoulder. It's getting better.

Nice. Glad to have your wit back around here.
A child does not learn to squat from the top down. In other words, he does not suddenly make a conscious decision one day to squat. Actually, he is squatting one day and make the conscious decision to stand. Squatting precedes standing in the developmental sequence. This is the way a child's brain learns to use the body as the child develops movement patterns. Therefore, a child is probably crawling, rocks back into a squatting position with the back completely relaxed and the hips completely flexed, and stands when he has enough hip strength. This approach makes a lot of sense and can be applied to relearning the deep squat movement if it is lost. -Gray Cook

That's because Tommy wore a pink g-string as posing trunks. And they looked better on him than on me! <fumes>
