Haha thanks guys. Trying 300 would have been no different from 295 since I've already got both, but I just wanted to make sure I got whatever I tried for. I was a little pissed afterwards though because after 295 went up, it felt like I would've been good for 305.

Thanks dude, I can't wait. Especially since it's just push/pull.

I'm so siked about this meet. I'm considering competing in a shirt and suit. Unfortunately my shirt is in Canada with Detard now haha.

California Junior (18-19) 165.2 lb Records
Single Lift Bench Press- 336 lbs. --- 12/13/08
    Powerlifting; Bench - 341.5 lbs. --- 08/07/93

The first and only time I benched in a shirt I had a max of 270. I hit 305 in it.
With a current max of ~305 and a month to train, I'd say I'm good to beat those records.

Dude this thing is so tight on me. I can hardly get it seated on my arms properly

Buy a shirt off someone, and kill those records dude. You got it.

this is what im talking about. find the post numbers instead of the page numbers.

people have the option of choosing a page to be 10 posts each, or a page to be 100 posts each, etc. if mine is 100, and yours is 10, then the pages will be different.

    Deadlifts
    225 x 3
    275 x 1
    315 x 1
    360 x 0, ****!
    225 x 15

    Zerchers
    135 x 5
    155 x 5
    165 x 5

So, hopefully my bench carries me to victory in the Push/Pull meet. My deadlift is a joke.

come on dude, use the new fuck!

keep wokrout at your deads, man. try to switch up the way u deadlift a bit. maybe its just me, but without looking back, it seems like u usually go for a few singles to warmup then one really heavy and then your done or do that 225x alot. maybe switch it up or somethin

Where's the new program at? The 315 to 360 is a pretty big jump, bud. I would have thrown in another set of 345 before you shoot for 360.

What's different about your deadlift than when you hit 415? Sounds like a form (energy) issue for your dead to drop off that much.

I'm not sure about starting this program before the meet. I'm definatly going to hop on the 5/3/1 train though. But thanks, ******.

415 was a looong time ago. I took like 6 months off from weight lifting.
Low point in my life.. I'm trying to get back to how I used to be though.

Wow. I had an interview today. I already have a job, but this one would have been a lot closer to my house.
The guy called me and didn't sound serious at all, he was just like how's it goin.. drop by around 930.. see ya later.
So I get there at 932 and he's like this interview is over have a good day.
Wtf? **** that guy, I wouldn't wanna work for an anal ass prick like him anyway.
The manager at my current job is cool, last sunday I went in feeling like ****, he bought me a coffee and let me put a dip in haha.
