    Updated Bulking Diet - Critique Please

    I've tweaked and edited this thing several times now, but I want to get everyones opinion on it. Again, I'm 6'1" and 180lbs. looking to gain about 20lbs. of lean muscle mass.

    7:30 AM

    1 NY-TRO PRO-40 CHOCOLATE WITH 2-3 GRAMS GL3 L-GLUTAMINE AND 1/2 SERVING CREATINE HSC AND 16 OUNCES WATER
    1 CUP MUSLEI WITH 8 OUNCES SKIM MILK
    1 MULTIVITAMIN

    10:30 AM

    1 CAN TUNA
    LETTUCE AND TOMATO
    2 SLICES WHEAT BREAD
    1 APPLE

    1:00 PM

    2 GRILLED CHICKEN BREASTS
    1 PEELED, BOILED, WHITE-SKINNED POTATO
    8 OUNCES WATER

    3:00 PM

    1 CAN TUNA
    LETTUCE AND TOMATO
    2 SLICES WHEAT BREAD
    1 BANANA

    PRE-WORKOUT

    2 DYMETADRINE XTREME
    2 SCOOPS N-LARGE2 WITH 16 OUNCES WATER

    POST-WORKOUT

    1 SERVING CREATINE HSC WITH 8-10 GRAMS GL3 MICRONIZED GLUTAMINE AND 16 OUNCES WATER

    Looking at the totals, I'd say drop the carbs a bit and up the fat, if you want to keep it around the same cals.

    save 2 DYMETADRINE XTREME for cutting, IMO
    Eat real FOOD before bed...whey digests too quickly. (go for cottage cheese)
    You take 2 scoops of Nlarge pre-workout, but only 1 after? How many carbs is one scoop??
    Are there carbs in the creatine HSC??

    not enough fat. drop the othet two and up it.

    also, poor choice for last meal. get something more complex in their for before bed.

    Too much protein for someone who's natural in my opinion. Drop about 80-100 grams of protein from that diet. You don't need that much per day. And i agree with Chicken... add some more fat to your diet as well.
