    Chub's Lifting Video for the Contest

    I'm having to use Windows Movie Maker which is terrible as far as editing software goes. Wasn't able to do much with the video, so I had to come up with other ways to make it good. Especially towards the last half, liste to how the music fits the situation. This is only my first entry, and is comprised of a bunch of old clips. I'll make another one once I get some new footage.

    @148- 575 SQ 315 BE 515 DL.....1400 total

    @165- 680 SQ 380 BE 540 DL.....1555 total

    @181- 700 SQ 375 BE 535 DL.....1605 total

    My best meet total @165 is 1555...trust me, I was there

    Thanks for the kind words guys. It was a decent vid, but most of ya'll have seen a lot of that footage. I'll try and get a better one done sometime.

    kicks ass!!! my freind came in here and said...he doesnt have that bigga arms though..and i hit him and said, chub knows whats up with the deads and squats and could kick your ass!!
    i stood up for us guys who dont care about just our ****in biceps in the gym
    Currently Bulking
    10/06:150lbs---8.5% bod fat--------------------3/25/07: 170 lbs

    8/25/07: 163lbs---------goal @ 185 by (5/1/08)

    Lifts/Goals:
    -deadlift 370x6 (current 315)
    -flat bb bench 205x5 (current 185)
    -squat 265x6 (current rehab in knees, light legs)
    -lat p/u BW+50 x 6 (current 35x6)

    Show him my Zercher Squat video, tell him to hold 315 in his arms, and then come back and talk to me haha.
