    Newbie question...

In the WBB routine, what are French presses and hammer curls?

Cant find it at http://www.exrx.net/Lists/ExList/ArmWt.html either.

Another name for French press is scull crushers and lying tricep extensions.

....weird. Doing skulls I bring it to my forehead, not around my head (as shown in that little video).

there are two diff ways to do skull crushers.. you can sit upright, pick a dumbell up over you head, and lower it to behind your head (obviously bending at the elbows), OR you can lay on your back, pick a bar of choice (curling, straight, raptor), and lower the weight to your forehead..

I also lower it to my forehead-I guess that's why they call it scull crushers.
