    Lol, the curl pic is priceless.

    Also, you change something about your appearance? Maybe its seeing you fully clothed but you look a lot diff than in ur liftin vids.

    Yea that's how I roll guys. Hardcore to the extreme. Those abductor/adductor lifts were really close to ME. Ya'll could probably feel the primal scream coming from my mouth on those. Definitely intense.

    Next ME day ensure you have a spotter on each side, wrist wraps, a belt and chalk. No need for unnecessary injuries!

    Bet he would lift nekked if he had the chance. That would be a great way to have the gym to yourself though.

    I did 20 reps on that machine with the full weight stack and thought nothing of it. BUt the next day I could barely get out of bed.. honestly that's the worst muscle pain I have EVER had!
