Yea that's how I roll guys. Hardcore to the extreme. Those abductor/adductor lifts were really close to ME. Ya'll could probably feel the primal scream coming from my mouth on those. Definitely intense.

I did 20 reps on that machine with the full weight stack and thought nothing of it. BUt the next day I could barely get out of bed.. honestly that's the worst muscle pain I have EVER had!
