    Why is my appetite gone?

For about a month now I wake in the morning and cannot even down a cup of oatmeal, and tonight for example I came home from the gym not even getting my biceps in and my back done half ass. And had to nap for a bit and half an hour later I could barely eat one dinky plate of potatoes and pork. Took me about 40 minutes to eat it, and while eating I have to chew real slow and feels like I just snorted a line of cocaine or something cause my stomach feels like it has no place for food in it. The only way I swear I get by for my required calorie intake is by taking a couple weightgainer shakes a day.

I was wondering if these things could be a factor in why I'm not as hungry, I'm on creatine and not drinking enough water? I know that's why tonight for the first time I think I felt sick and weak in the gym. And then I have anxiety that occurs, when I think I'm not eating enough and I'll lose my precious gains I worked this hard for. I'm not sure what is causing it, but damn I need a solution to this fast. Cutting this short so I can go attempt to eat something.

the only thing that stops me from eating is stress/anxiety.

hmm, that sounds like something like mental and psychologically related. have u had any depression or anything of that sort? Any problems? Do you take any medications? When was the last time u took a break from the gym. You may need to take a break and get your mind back to the condition where you can eat excessively, and lift heavy weights. If anything i would think you would benefit from such things. Food makes one happy and helps with mood. Lifting helps relieve stress.....take a break, try it out and see how you feel in a week. try some ganja, it'll fix you
