As long as your heart beat is regular, you're probably ok & can wait it out. If you notice an irregular beat or associated chest pain, that's when you should grow a little more concerned. Best of luck.
    I know you're half-crazy, but I wish you'd go all the way.

107 seems pretty high. My resting heart rate is usually in the 40's, I enjoy running so that could play into that.

Tea doesn't have that much caffeine in it, and diphenhydramine hydrochloride (Benadryl) is more of a downer, not to mention you would not have any lasting effects after 6-8 hours. Do something to calmly occupy your time.

    ^^No Idea,

My moms a councilor for the state of Arizona and she rushed to the hospital.
She said I have so much anxiety because I put up all these walls with people and don't let them in so my pain harvests until I have an episode like this.

Your heart beat normally probably wouldn't reach over 110 when ur having anxiety...Breathing would get a little shallow..Nothing too crazy.

A resting heart rate for a healthy individual should be in the double digits (60-80, lower for athletes). When mine was at 115, my doctor took me off a medicine and had me stop any sort of physical activity until it reached a normal level.

What's an ambulance ride go for these days? They're typically not free.

It's very expensive. I heard the pillow that they provide you, alone, is $200.
