I'm trying to bulk. I eat 3500 CLEANNNN calories a day, yet im losing weight. Can i just beast down a thing of natty peanutbutter a day ontop of what i am eating, or will this have some sort of severe adverse side affect?

You want to eat an entire jar of peanut butter per day? I think that would definitely make you sick in the long run, that might be 500 grams of fat or something...

kyolked try drinking 2 glasses of milk with every meal. Ive found thats given me an extra 700 or so calories that ive needed to bulk.
oh and i just randomly eat spoonfulls of PB throughout the day whenever i feel the need

Wtf, do you honestly need another 3000 calories per day? Something tells me if you knew that you needed 3000 extra calories daily you wouldn't be worried about beasting down another jug of peanut butter, you'd have this eating thing figured out by now. Haha, why not start by throwing down 3-4tbsp/day, that's a few hundred cals, right?

- Dunk a basketball (hey a man can have big dreams huh)
- Swim 2-3x/week and become a better swimmer
So you casually mention that PB jars have 256 grams of fat.... I mean, I've done some pretty sloppy bulks so far, but this is ridiculous...
Well if you require 8000 calories to bulk, then you're pretty experienced and already advanced and shouldnt need advice..
