    John Hudson 3-board Bench Training Vid

    This is a guy on my PL team doing some 3 board bench training. This was not long after he had surgery, so it's not even as heavy as he usually goes. Fellow Illini Powerlifting members helped out (this is at my gym). I'm the one in the yellow shirt side spotting and observing.

    Guido was doing some curls I think. You have arms like Paul's, but less girly, lol.


    That's a strong dude. What is his shirt PR? I've seen Bernor do some disgusting weight on shirted 2 and 3 boards.

    You making fun of my arms?

    Big John's shirt PR in a meet is 677. I think he's done close to 700 in the gym. He's done 500x20 or so on shirted 3 board presses, which is just sick.
