Could i use a punch bag?

After watching some of Anthony's vids (awesome btw) i felt inspired to include some GPP work into BGB, and i was thinking whether or not i could do workouts like this:

    - Shoulder punch bag, run up and down stadium stairs
    - Shoulder punch bag to the left/right for X amount of reps
    - Shoulder to the left/right shoulder and squat
    - Zercher squats
    - Tie round waist (kind of like sled dragging, could bust it though)

    It weighs around 3.5st/49lbs/22kg.

Would this work? Or any suggestions?

That stuff would surely work. It's akin to sandbag work, which I love. Some other stuff to look at:

-sandbag loading: pick two spots ~15-30 yards apart. Shoulder the sandbag, and walk to your second spot. Drop back to ground. Shoulder to other side and walk back. Repeat for XX minutes for conditioning/work capacity.

    -Bear Hug Walks

    -Bear Hug Good Mornings

-Burpees with a shoulder, shoulder & squat, clean & press, etc.

-Pick up bag and throw it

There's all kinds of great stuff...
